The base is a fresh Riesling with mineral hints of peach. The strong bitter note of wormwood with a slight sweetness makes it a truly perfect accompaniment to cheese.

Riesling is probably the most important, most traditional grape variety in Germany. So it was clear that this would form the basis of our CIELO Bianco.

The CIELO is fortified with our MERI Dry Rye Gin. Wormwood, mullein blossom and bergamot complete the racy flavor profile.
