The base is a fresh Riesling with mineral notes of peach. The strong bitter note of wormwood with a slight sweetness makes it a truly perfect accompaniment to cheese.

Riesling is probably the most important and traditional grape variety in Germany. So it was clear that it would form the basis of our BASSATIVO Bianco.

The BASSATIVO is fortified with our MERI Dry Rye Gin. Wormwood, mullein blossom and bergamot complete the racy taste profile.
