The blackthorn is a plant that is surrounded by myths and legends.

After the first frost, we harvest our regional sloes and macerate them together with our MONK Dry Rye Gin in stoneware for 3 months.

The result is a dark red color and a fragrant, tart taste.

As a real sloe gin, our SLOE Rye Monk Gin contains 100g of sugar per liter.
